Pastels for Spring!

  |   Tips & Tricks   |   No comment

Spring has officially sprung, and pastel colors are all the rage! From pretty periwinkle to laid-back lilac and sherbet orange, I have them all on heavy rotation. To get in on this spring fling, here are the 4 shades you need in your wardrobe:

1) Dusty Blue

This beautiful pastel blue has just a hint of purple in it, and magically manages to suit pretty much any skin tone. Try incorporating accessories in this shade into your look. I love it as a chic, structured bag and of course, on my nails in new OPI SoftShade I Am What I Amethyst

                     2) Pale Pink

My favorite pastel for this seasn is anything blush tone! Stay on trend this spring with a chic blush pink turtleneck (keeping your hair tucked into the neck, too!)  If that’s not your style, opt for high top sneakers in th
e shade and a mani in new OPI SoftShade Stop it I’m Blushing!

3) Sherbet Orange

Want to stand out from the crowd? Make a statement by wearing this shade from head to toe this spring. Brighten up your day (and anyone else you see) with sherbet orange – it will certainly get them to turn on their post notifications! For my nails, I get this look with OPI New Orleans shade, Crawfishin’ for a Compliment.

4) Mint Green

I love using mint green as a neutral tone. It pairs effortlessly with other pastel shades. I like mixing it with dusty blue and blush pink for a multi-colored pastel look! Get the look with a mani/pedi in new OPI SoftShade This Cost Me a Mint.
