POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Appointment Cancellation Policy: Appointments Cancelled within 24 hours
Of Your Scheduled Appointment Time or “No Shows” will result in a $20 Charge To Your Guest Account. There will be No Fee for Appointments Cancelled or Rescheduled more than 24 hours in Advance.

Packages or Parties of 5 guests or more require a 50% Deposit. This Deposit will be Charged in Full if Appointments are Cancelled within 24 hours of Your Scheduled Service
Time or “No Shows”

Children under the Age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an Adult

Silence all electronic devices and use soft voices while in spa areas and salon.

Please Arrive 15 minutes Before Your Scheduled Salon or Spa Service

Services will begin on time and end on time
as a courtesy to the next guest. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable, however depending on your service providers booked appointments, guest tardiness may result in a shortened or rescheduled service.

Retail products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase.
